Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, including dates and other edible items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food products that have been opened or consumed

  • Perishable products, including dates and other edible items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.
